A cohesive and modern residential community designed so that every detail encourages a slower, more mindful, and harmonious way of life. The A++ energy class neighborhood is being developed in Čiukiškės, Trakai district, just 30 minutes from Vilnius, surrounded by rolling hills and mature trees. The territory will feature 26 houses, thoughtfully spaced and organically integrated into the hilly landscape and surrounding natural environment.
